Spinal Diagnostics started in 1995 by Dr. Roy Slack. He has done interventional pain management of the spine for over 12 years. Known for his expertise with injection procedures together with his compassion for patients suffering with spine pain, Dr. Slack has been a leader and a pioneer in the field of spinal injections in the Portland area. Dr. Barbara Mallett had been practicing pain management at Southwest Washington Medical Center's pain clinic for 12+ years when she joined Spinal Diagnostics.
