Jefferson Animal Clinic was established in 1967 as a one-veterinarian clinic. It was operated by Dr. John Gray from a converted house near what is now Old Town in Arvada. As a young veterinarian, Doc Grey had a deep love for animals and a vision of a veterinary hospital that treats pets with the same level of medical care and attention given to human patients. It was his insight and dedication to veterinary medicine that has brought the Jefferson Animal Clinic to where it is today: a three-veterinarian, full-service facility offering the most progressive and up-to-date treatment for pets throughout Arvada and surrounding communities. Although we operate out of the same facility, we have been through 2 major renovations and countless equipment changes that allow us to give the highest level of care to your pets. We pride ourselves on our expert preventative dental care with the availability to provide much higher quality dental programs than most hospitals offer.
