Muskuloskeletal injury is mechanical in nature meaning that physical forces act on joints and muscles causing them to become compromised. Therefore you must put your hands on the patient and apply skilled structural assessment and treatment to truly resolve the structural problems such as joint restriction, and abnormal muscle tone. Manual Therapy: Manual therapy is the skilled application of hands and techniques used to evaluate and treat the neuromuscular system. Our method includes the integration of manual therapy approaches such as muscle energy, positional release, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and manipulation/mobilization. In addition to this, we use the more traditional physical therapy approaches, such as the use of passive modalities including ultrasound, interferential stimulation, iontophoresi
