My name is William M. Frantz "Mike" and I have been a licensed attorney now for over 20 years. I am licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona and Calfornia. I am also licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the following California Districts: Central; Southern; Eastern and Northern. In addition, I am licensed to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the United States Tax Court. I am a former arbitratator with the American Stock Exchange and am a current arbitrator with the National Futures Association. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law (1989 Phi Delta Phi) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego (2005). I was selected Marquis' Whos Who in American Law in 1999 and have Trial, Appellate and substantial civil litigation experience in the State of California.
