We are dedicated to helping athletes not only improve in their sport / fitness, but to help them grow as young adults. We pride ourselves on being leaders and good examples. Our goal is to develop stronger, faster, more explosive athletes without injury and without cheating (steroids ect..) Other gyms, directly or indirectly, celebrate athletes that cheat and do it the wrong way. Our atmosphere is always positive and encouraging and follows the Anti - Momentum system, a trademarked system which teaches athletes to get the most out of their workouts while reducing any chance of injury. We are not like all the copy cat gyms that are yelling, screaming, sniffing ammonia, flipping tires and hurting every athlete they train in a constant effort to lift more weight with no concern to all the physical damage they are causing to the athletes they train. Don't get me wrong, we train hard! We just utilize smarter and safer techniques.
