Spoon river Blacktop really is a family owned and operated business. Paula, Mike's wife, has been the secretary since day one running out of their home. Their son, Matthew, grew up working with the crew and now is part owner of the business. He will eventually take over the business. His wife, Monica, has also started working for the company. Mike and Paula's daughter, Ashley, works part tie in the office.
