The Principal Architect performs Program Analysis, Schematic Design, Design Development and Final Detailed Design. Coordination with Owners and their representatives, Engineering Consultants, Key Manufacturing Representatives, Constructors and Government Officials is addressed by the Principal Architect. Also during construction, Payment Requests, Change Orders, Requests for Information, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Variance Documentation and Submittal Reviews are accomplished by the same Principal Architect.
