Alice Locke Chezar, Principle of Palo Alto Parenting Solutions My passion, working with children and families struggling with emotional and behavioral issues, is informed by my personal experience as a parent of special needs children, and my years of professional training and clinical experience. Hailing from New York where I received my Bachelors Degree from The School of Visual Arts, I later went on to receive my ma in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Specialty in Art Therapy at Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont California.. I am experienced working with children, adolescents and their parents and collaborating with Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Behavior Specialists and other professionals on behalf of my clients. My years working with children, and adolescents with developmental, learning and emotional differences working for the Palo Alto Unified School District, and Family and Children Services of Palo Alto, in clinic and on bay area school campuses, plus years of advocating for my own children, makes me uniquely positioned to help my clients.
