No matter where you currently are in regards to your fitness level or where you are on the motor development spectrum, the staff at Fitness for Health will help you with therapeutic exercise, occupational therapy, physical therapy, athletic training, weight management, conditioning, childhood obesity, personal training, senior fitness, bone and joint health, and other general fitness needs. All occupational therapists at the gym possess a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree, which gives them the necessary knowledge to help your child with any issue. Our physical therapists earned their Doctor in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. The personal trainers at Fitness for Health come from multiple backgrounds, such as kinesiology, recreational therapy, and physical education, and possess four-year college degrees at a minimum.
