He spent two years in the Army and served in the Vietnam war as a medic for the 41st Civil Affairs. He received the Bronze Star for Meritorious Service. Dr. Cook received his D.D.S. from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1977. Dr. Cook has been married to his wife Cheryl for 42 years and they have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Dr. Cook enjoys motorcycle riding on his H-D motorcycle. He also enjoys sculpting stone and painting and carving gourds. Dr. Cook loves dentistry and interaction with his patients. He has a very talented staff that shares the same philosophy that he does. They all love what they do and enjoy helping their patients have beautiful and healthy smiles.
