Identification - Discuss known issues with your team or designated rep. Walk- through provides validation and visualization of potential slip and fall hazards and risks. Any surface can be a potential slip hazard: Floors, bathtubs, showers, ramps, kitchens, etc... 2. Testing - Using the ASM 825A, we test identified areas to determine the Coefficient of Friction (COF). ADA guidelines recommend COF of .60 and higher. Typical floors fall between .25 and .50. Our process normally achieves COF of .75 or greater. 3. Treatment - Increase traction using anti-slip coatings and anti-slip treatments producing a “micro-tread” on your slippery surface. Problem areas are treated using a three step process with results that raise the COF to .75 or more. 4. Consulting follow-up - Scheduled visits at six and twelve months to test treated areas to ensure proper traction. We provide a two year guarantee!
