The Aqualift system is a sophisticated underground irrigation system controlled by a computer. Sensors detect the amount of moisture in the soil in each sector of the house foundation and the computer determines how much water to deliver to each part of the foundation based upon which of the eight regional soils is located under that part of the house. The system was developed, fine tuned and finally patented (Patent No 6082932).
