Faces Salon Santa Cruz was established in 1976 be two beautiful sisters Ann and Toni. They had a vision for a full service Salon and did and incredible job at establishing one of the most successful salons in Santa Cruz. They brought in special guest artists and community events as we still do today. When I was 16 I took my Mom into Faces for a facial and wrote in my journal that evening that I wanted to have a salon like Faces. It was 12 years later that I got a job at Faces as an Aesthetician. After working there for six years, I bought Faces from the second owner Laurie. I have had over 300 employees over the years and 14 of them have their own businesses today,not counting the previous owners staff. The training and legacy has been professional,created a lot of careers and continues to provide excellence in our industry.
