Our martial arts program is designed to offer a wide range of benefits for men, women and children of any age. We offer group classes at age 6, and private lessons at age 4. In addition to RyuKyu Kempo (Okinawan Karate) we also offer Modern Arnis(weapons), Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Organic Nutrition, Personal Training, Birthday Parties, & more!
