Besides referenced documentation of the report the report will suggest available report options, should they be required, based on first impressions of condition of the building foundation. Additional work, as authorized by the Owner and or Client could include the following services: 1. Residence floor elevation survey with created topographic plan of the residence to identify building movement pattern, as of the the date of the survey. 2.Exterior of the residence survey to identify possible effect on the residence foundation by other elements such as property location, property drainage pattern(s), trees, and building orientation. 3. Construction management of authorized foundation repair by owner selected contractor.
