Dr. Familaro was then accepted into Loyola University medical centers Oral & Maxillofacial surgery residency program finishing in 1985. Dr. Familaro passed tests & requirements to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 1987, and also became Fellow of the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons that same year. Dr. Familaro has been in private practice since 1987.
