Outdoor Services is a licensed and insured weed control company based in western Colorado. Outdoor Services provides herbicide weed control applications for government and non-profit agencies, homeowners associations, developments, ranches and horse properties. Fertilizer applications are typically made in late fall and spring after irrigation is on. Fertilizer applications are granular and can be tailored to your specific fields with soil testing. Outdoor Services also provides weed inventories and weed management plans. The herbicide application equipment we have includes a large truck mounted unit, with provisions for refilling the ATVs, six wheel drive ATVs and backpack sprayers. The six wheel ATVs are used for most of our work. These ATVs have a small bed and carry a spray rig very similar to those normally mounted on trucks. These spray rigs are powered by a separate gas engine and they carry fifty gallons of water. They have an electric rewind hose reel with 175 feet of hose. They are also setup with 35 foot booms for spraying large acreage.
