She will help you deal with anxiety and stress, depression, and self-esteem issues, among others. Dr. Bolton is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Master Results Life Coach and Hypnotist, and a Certified Psychoanalyst. Each session with her will take as short as 45 minutes, but you can schedule back-to-back sessions, depending on your needs. Each client is required to visit Dr. Bolton once a week but there are patients who prefer twice or three time a week at the beginning of their therapy. Dr. Bolton uses a host of psychotherapy techniques such as art, writing or journaling; guided imagery; goal setting and strategizing; voice dialogue; and others during sessions to make it possible for issues to be discussed thoroughly.
