We do accept out of network benefits on most plans. We will call your insurance company directly to determine coverage and any procedures that need to be followed. As a courtesy to our out-of-network patients, Excellent Physical Therapy will make every attempt to make mutually agreeable billing and payment arrangements that will facilitate a complete and successful treatment program. E.P.T. also accepts payment from Medicare, NJ No Fault Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation, as well as direct patient payment.
