Special Education Schools are available at two hub locations, with transition programs for young adults. Neurobehavioral & Rehab Programs Lakeview provides highly effective, comprehensive programs addressing neurobehavioral complications and neurorehabilitation needs at our locations in Wisconsin and New Hampshire. Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation Center in New Hampshire provides community-integrated transitional and long-term supported living environments for adults (18 and older) with neurobehavioral challenges. Our greater goal is to empower people to live fully, realize their goals, and engage thoroughly in their home lives and communities. The Lakeview School is committed to serving youth and adolescents in the least restrictive environment with a focus on best diagnostic, educational and therapeutic practices enhanced by positive behavioral supports.
