We offer Kung Fu classes for kids & teens, as well as for adults. The styles taught in our school include the traditional external systems of Changquan (Long Fist) also know as Bei Quan (Northern Boxing), which include complete training for Tongbeiquan (Through Preparing Boxing), covering/including four styles: Piguaquan, Bajiquan, Fanziquan, Chuojiao, also Emei system is taught in our school, as well as the internal arts of traditional Taijiquan (Chen and Yang styles of Tai Chi Chuan), Xingyiquan (Hsing I Chuan), Baguazhang (Pa Kua Chang), and Qigong (Chi Kung - for health, healing, and martial arts).
