His broad range of experience has given him a clear understanding of construction methods and costs. This knowledge allows the development of exciting design solutions that are within budget while still meeting the client’s needs. Bill approaches each project, regardless of size, with enthusiasm and total commitment to provide a product meeting the client's expectations Bill has contributed his time and efforts to many local organizations. His dedication to providing quality and exciting buildings has improved the quality of the build environment in many of the communities of the Olympic Peninsula. Charles Smith Charlie possess a creativity and sensitivity that allows him to understand and respond to clients with a practical yet exciting solution to their needs. He is very organized and methodical in development of each project from initial design through completion of construction. His broad range of skills and abilities combined with a forward-looking approach have proven to be a successful combination for everything from creative design solutions to selection of finish materials and colors to enhance the finished product. He also provides the seismic and structural analysis for many of the firm's projects. He has been deeply involved in the Port Angeles Downtown Association for many years and regularly donates many hours to a variety of community service endeavors.
