While working for various remodeling contractors over the previous years, Dennis & Ed watched, learned & listened to the qualities it took to maintain high customer satisfaction. We also noted what made most other companies fail, or worse yet, lose their competitive edge. Frustrated with the struggles of poor management & leadership, we decided to "do it right" by starting our own firm. We knew we had the technical skills to succeed, and believed that treating the customer fairly & professionally would not only allow us to survive, but grow and be a model for others who also set high standards. We have personally installed thousands of jobs worth millions of dollars, and know what it takes to satisfy customers by treating their home as if it were our own. We have tremendous pride in our craft, not only in projects we do today, but all of the thousands of previous jobs we installed. In fact, this pride led to the name of our company "Hardy & Jensen".
