My name is Philip Archibald. I am a certified personal trainer with six years of experience in cosmetic fitness, bodybuilding, injury rehabilitation, and functional exercise programming. I have trained hundreds of clients and have dieted down for bodybuilding shows multiple times. I can identify with many of the struggles you may face on the road to a fitter, healthier you. Through my own experience, and that of my clients, I have learned that nutrition dictates results. You cannot work off a bad diet. Each one of my clients gets a full lesson in nutrition on their first session. They also receive a custommeal plan and weekly weight lifting/cardio program designed to help them crush their goals. Together, we earned their results. I firmly believe that there is no short cut to a better body. But, with the right knowledge, will power, and the motivation; you can accomplish anything. I push every client to their limits and text them multiple times a day to encourage healthy eating. I even created a facebook group to help build relationships and accountabilty between clients. We weigh, check bodyfat, and take progress pictures weekly to make sure that our training methods and food intake are getting us closer to our goals. I have trained hungreds of clients.
