We have been teaching martial arts in Woodinville since 1997, and the reason we've been around so long is what our families frequently say about us... We are committed to our community and to providing our students with time-honored benefits of martial arts training. Those include increased self-confidence, respect for self and others, leadership skills, humility, goal-oriented mindset, strength/fitness, and much more. For kids and adults, amazing results come out of martial arts training. We are honored to be part of that process for so many members of our community. During your martial arts training experience with us, you will be exposed not only to the basic martial arts elements of kicking, blocking, and punching, but you will also learn martial arts weapon application and methods of practical self-defense depending on your age group.
