In 2015 I moved to La Quinta CA,, bringing with me more than 48 years of hypnosis and hypnotherapy experience. My hypnotherapy practice, serves residents of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and neighboring cities of the Coachella Valley. However, by way of Face Time and Skype, I will continue to be available to work with clients in locations throughout the United States. I am a Senior Clinical Instructor in the craniofacial pain clinic of a regional medical center . In this capacity, I teach and work with referrals who experience chronic pain. I have routinely taught hypnosis and hypnotherapy subject matter classes to licensed therapists throughout California. My cliens' range from self-referred individuals seeking self-improvement to referrals from dentists, physicians, and psychotherapists. My specialties include stress management, sports performance, weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, fears and phobias, sleep improvement, motivation, panic attacks, performance anxiety, chronic pain, confidence building, and emotional blocks. Certain of the foregoing require or may require a physician or psychotherapist referral.
