Rock climbing is a great alternative to a typical workout. Strengthen your arms, legs and core by replacing your fitness class or personal training session with a day of climbing! Our rock climbing gym is perfect for beginner and expert climbers alike. We offer a variety of lessons aimed at helping you take your skills to the next level. Our classes include lessons in basic belaying and knot tying, body position and foot work, bouldering and roof climbing, and lead climbing for the more advanced climber.
