At 3Forks Orthopedics our mission is to provide friendly, efficient orthopedic surgical and medical service in a personal and caring manner. Our goal is to make every patient feel like they have the exclusive attention of every employee at each interaction with our organization. Dr. French is a major in the USAF medical corps and a graduate of the Air Force Academy. He received his M.D. and Orthopedic Residency from the Tulane University School of Medicine. He also completed an internship in General Surgery from Wilford-Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to his Federal, Washington and Idaho medical licenses he holds certifications in Orthopedic Surgery and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Among his awards, he has received special recognition from the Louisiana Orthopedic Association and the Cervical Spine Research Society. Dr. French in addition to running a busy practice continues to stay at the leading edge of his profession having attended over 41 courses and meetings. He has made 23 presentations and has 12 peer reviewed publications in such journals as Orthopedic and Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. His areas of special interest include shoulder instability and brachial plexus injuries, peripheral nerve compressions, knee ligament reconstruction, trauma surgery, adult reconstruction and Arthroscopy.
