Hill Home Furnishings is a family owned store serving southeast Nebraska and northeast Kansas for over 36 years. We provide excellent customer service and delivery, and excel in special orders. We carry quality name brands such as La-z-boy, Sealy, Tempur-pedic, Broyhill, and Smith Brothers. We have a large selection on our 3 floors of home furnishings. Since its beginning in 1976, family owned and operated Hill Home Furnishings has always been about quality. Marjorie and Jesse Hill opened the full line store in Beatrice, still in its current location, after working at another furniture store in the southeast Nebraska town. Their son Jim, the current president, joined the store in 1977 and a year later their daughter, Janette, came aboard and is the company's secretary. Hill Home Furnishings has undergone several expansions after starting with only 5,200 square feet of space. The Hill’s remodeled the upstairs of the building a couple of years after they opened, adding an additional 5,000 square feet. Then in 1983, they purchased the building to the south and followed that up in 1991 when they purchased the building to the north. Hill Home Furnishings now encompasses over 22,000 square feet of showroom space. Plus, they added additional warehouse space in 1997. But even with the expansion, Hill Home Furnishings has always maintained the personal attention and service they have been known for since opening 36 years ago.
