Micron Engine & Machine was founded in 1986 with the idea that we could provide quality engine rebuilding, cylinder head rebuilding, aluminum cylinder head welding, and automotive machine shop services with reasonable pricing and fast turn around. At Micron we are also able to service import and American motorcycle cylinders and heads . .At At Micron Engine & Machine our specialties include: cylinder head pressure testing and magna fluxing , cylinder head resurfacing, and rebuilding and crack repairs. All of our valve jobs are performed on a SERDI 100 machine. We repair blown out spark plugs in the Ford Triton engines, as well as all aluminum heads. We also install oversize valves to enhance performance. All of our aluminum tig welding is done in house. We perform cylinder boring and honing on automotive, light truck, and industrial blocks, as well as motorcycle cylinders. We also sell engine parts and gaskets for auto & motorcycle. We carry a complete line of hi-performance and racing racing radiators. We also custom build hi-performance radiators. Our line of radiators even includes applications for mobile welders(Miller&Lincoln) and skid steers.
