Payment: As a courtesy to our patients E.P.T. will bill most major insurance companies on your behalf. Many insurance companies have pre-established preferred provider networks. E.P.T. does not belong to most provider networks, however, most plans still offer out-of-network benefits that are subject to deductibles and co-payments. We do accept out of network benefits on most plans. We will call your insurance company directly to determine coverage and any procedures that need to be followed. As a courtesy to our out-of-network patients, Excellent Physical Therapy will make every attempt to make mutually agreeable billing and payment arrangements that will facilitate a complete and successful treatment program. E.P.T. also accepts payment from Medicare, NJ No Fault Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation, as well as direct patient payment. At our subsidiary,The Child Wellness Center (located around the corner) we also provide multi-disciplinary treatment to children with special needs.
