At Account Tec, we know our clients' businesses and provide a local onsite system support. An Account Tec certified support technician is only a phone call a way. We pride ourselves on prompt, efficient client support. Training is the key to a properly installed system. The industry average is 3 to 1 times training dollars to the cost of the software. We encourage our clients to commit to that kind of investment. Companies that spend the time to become properly trained on their systems will be successful. Or client base includes a variety of manufactures and distributors throughout the intermountain west. For these clients, inventory accuracy and system integration is key. We have been very successful at providing this install base, the tools necessary to run the business successfully.
