The James B. Finch House is an historic B&B in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island. It sits on the corner of Touro and Mt. Vernon Streets and is in walking proximity to all popular shopping and eating in downtown Newport. The house was built in 1866 in the Renaissance Style. The architect was the much sought after, George Champlin Mason, famous for his work on many of the "Newport Cottages." Commissioner, James B.
