We are the oldest and longest running Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mma gym in the area. We teach a variety of intro and advanced classes in bjj, mma, muay thai and wrestling. Each of our courses is taught by one of our expert instructors. We have 14 black belts and many world champion athletes on staff as instructors. Whether this is your first martial arts class or you are looking to further advance your skills, you will get instruction from some of the best instructors in the city. Our spacious 15,000 square foot academy covers three floors and is conveniently located just 1 block from Penn Station. Our facility is climate controlled and we offer both men's and women's changing rooms with day lockers and showers. In order to ensure that you enjoy your experience at our gym, we keep a clean, safe and family environment. We offer a variety of pricing options so you can find something that fits your budget. We also offer a drop in rate for those visiting the area. We encourage you to try our classes before purchasing a membership.
