Go straight for the belly of the beast at A Pig in a Fur Coat. Among the best dishes from chef Dan Bonanno is crispy pork belly, underlaid with pea puree and topped with pea shoots in a perfectly balanced small plate. As a bonus, Pig's wine list is both adventurous and well-priced. Try the gruner veltliner by the glass or the fine Zenato Valpolicella. The recently opened A Pig in a Fur Coat offers top-tier Mediterranean comfort food in a casual setting.
