She attended law school at the University of South Dakota, and earned the degree of juris doctorate in 2000. While in law school, Karry served as a summer extern (1999) to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, Chicago, Illinois, working directly with Deputy Regional Counsel, Bertram C. Frey. As a result of her externship, she co-authored a comprehensive article with Mr. Frey which continues to be published on the Region 5 website. Karry is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of Colorado. She is an active member and past president of the Douglas County Bar Association. Karry is also an active member of her church and is involved locally with the Optimists group. Steven J. Ledin joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1981. Steve, a native of Duluth, MN, attended Gustavus Adolphus College where he graduated Cum Laude with a BA in economics. He went on to graduate from William Mitchell College of Law. Immediately after law school he became an associate with the firm and has lived in Superior, Wisconsin since 1981 with his wife, Ada, and their three (3) children.
