There are a variety of activities ranging from social pick up games to organized leagues and competitive tournaments. VSAC offers Spring, Summer, and Fall leagues, tournaments, classes, clinics, coaching, and open play events for Beach Flag Football, Beach Soccer, Beach Volleyball, Basketball, Futsal, Beach Kickball, Indoor Volleyball, Beach Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee, Beach Dodgeball, Beach Yoga, and Fitness Training.
