Dr. Nishida-Eugenio is an optometrist who provides a wide range of eyecare services including in-depth testing for learning-related vision problems, vision therapy for adults and children, specialty contact lens fitting as well as the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma. She is a 1992 graduate of the State University of New York College of Optometry and received her Fellowship in Developmental Optometry from the College of Optometrists in Vision Development in 2007. In addition to running her own clinic, Dr. Nishida-Eugenio volunteers her time serving on the Board for the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society for the past eight years. She is the Immediate Past-President and the first female President of the Society. She is a member in good standing of the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society, the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for vision therapy, giving educational seminars to parent groups, healthcare professionals and schools. Dr. Nishida-Eugenio is also active in her community, managing to find time to volunteer her services at Lion's Club Vision Screenings and local Health Fairs. Dr. Nishida-Eugenio is married to her high school sweetheart and has four beautiful children. She attributes her professional success to her wonderful and supportive family and God's grace.
