How the service works: For $45 we will come out and diagnose the problem with your appliance. We will provide you with a written estimate and a break down for parts and labor. We also will explain why they unit has failed and how (if possible) you can prevent that. If we replace a part we stand behind our quality of work, we will replace that part if it fails again within 5 years. As long as that part is still available we will replace it and you pay only for the labor.
