We Do Not provide In-Home therapy. Ppts was established in 1994 by Jeff Sirabian Pt, Mhs, Ocs, Cert. Mdt, Cscs. With over 20 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, Jeff has established a state of the art physical therapy practice with 12 locations to conveniently serve you. At Ppts you will receive rehabilitation from one of our team of therapists backed by several decades of combined experience. Our staff has acquired specialized training in spine care, hand rehabilitation, post surgical rehabilitation, shoulder rehabilitation, foot/ankle care, joint replacement therapy, sports therapy care, industrial rehabilitation, knee rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, gait / biomechanical assessment, and foot orthotics. Many of our staff members are board-certified orthopedic clinical specialists (Ocs). All of our team members will eventually sit for the board certification. The American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties of the American Physical Therapy Association has awarded Specialist Certification to those who have met certain requirements. To obtain board certification, candidates must successfully complete a rigorous written examination, demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency in orthopedics. A team approach, and a vast range of professional skills along with years of experience is offered to you at Ppts. Communication with you and your physician will be continued throughout your care. I.T.D Physical Therapists will examine patients' medical histories and then test and measure the patients' strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function to help the patient get the best quality of life. I.T.D Physical Therpists will develop plans describing a treatment strategy, it's purpose, and it's anticipated outcome. I.T.D Physical Therapists give one on one care at each therapy visit. Our therapists belive in manual therapy as the first line of therapy care, they may use traction or deep tissue massage to relieve painin your target areas. In addition to our manual therapy, we may use electrical stimulation, hot packs or cold compresses, and ultrasound to relieve paint and recude swelling in the target areas that require more attention. Our therapists also teach patients to use assistive and adaptive devices, such as crutches, prostheses, and wheelchairs. Our therapists will also develop a home excercise plan (H.E.P) for patients to do at home, to expedite their recovery time. Our goal is to get you back to the life you knew. We pledge to help you maintain your results. We offer a maintenance program to all patients who would like to come and maintain their therapy results in our facility.
