At Security Caretakers of Nevada, we provide home check services for owner occupied or unoccupied residences for homes and properties. We oversee the security and well being of your property on behalf of you, the property owner on a weekly and monthly basis. Just like a representative of your estate, were there when you cannot be. The exact parameters of my job depend on the type of property and additional requests made by you. SCN does daily or weekly checks, depending on what the homeowner requests. All of our packages include: checking for vandalism, break-ins, attempted break-ins, fence line checks, indentifying storm damage, heating and A/C problems. We also check for abnormal or suspicious activity and follow up with local police for any breaches that occur. In addition, we may be asked to supervise scheduled maintenance of a home, including servicing of the furnace, air conditioner, electrical, and plumbing systems.
