Polylok, Inc. is an international supplier of plastic injection molded products for the precast concrete and onsite wastewater industries. Our home office is Wallingford, Connecticut, and we have partnerships with several supply houses across the United States and Canada. Unlike most of our competitors, we design, manufacture, and ship our products from our Wallingford location. In addition, we hold over 75 patents and produce over 200 products for the precast, drainage, and onsite water industries. Polylok, Inc. has a full time engineering and design team that continually focuses on improving our existing products and developing new ones. Charles Brix, the design mastermind behind many of the Polylok, Inc. products, leads the engineering and design group. In 2004 and 2005 alone, his team introduced over 15 new products, a record accomplishment. Some of these new products included the Extend & Lok, PL-68, and PL-525 and PL-625 filters and housings. Polylok, Inc. predicts that future growth will continue on its current path. On the sales side, the team has grown from one inside sales rep/technical expert to a team of more than 10 inside and dedicated outside sales reps. Patrick Mulhall runs the Sales team and has maintained a focus on meeting the needs of our customers. The sales team is available from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. The sales team covers many of the national shows and local conferences. In addition, they regularly visit customers all over the continental US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. With our roots in precast, Polylok, Inc. understands the importance of keeping costs down. At the beginning of 2008, we relocated to combine our business office with our existing manufacturing and warehousing facility. This has helped us to become even more efficient and enabled us to keep price increases to a minimum. This is rare in an industry affected by the increases in oil, plastic, steel and other commodities.
