BEWLEY CONTRACT WAREHOUSES, a division of Bewley Properties, Inc., is located in Northeast Tennessee, with locations in Greeneville, Piney Flats and Newport. The main function of our warehouse system is to assist you in your warehousing and distribution needs. We offer complete warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory services as well as value added services. These services include: Shrink Wrapping and Bundling Pick and Pack Kitting Custom Pallet and Counter Displays Labeling Assembly Shipping & Receiving Returns & Exchanges Secure Inside Storage Our goal is to provide the best customer service, through the pursuit of excellence and reasonable pricing, to those companies that need cargo off-loaded, warehoused and distributed throughout the country from the East Tennessee area. Several warehouses are available with ceiling heights from 16-24 feet, loading docks and office space. Rental rates range from $1.80-$2.40 (depending on warehouse). Our current warehouse price range on storage is 15 to 20 cents per square foot depending on the warehouse configuration required for your product. The hourly rate for personnel to handle the product is $20.00 per hour for standard products not requiring special handling. Products that require special handling will be addressed on an individual basis. At this time, we are not authorized or equipped to handle environmentally hazardous material.
