We Do Not provide In-Home therapy. Sport and Spine was founded in 1993 by a small group of physical therapists and athletic trainers. The state of the art equipment and expert staff made the clinic such a success, that within a year, two additional sites were opened. Now, nearly twenty years later, with almost 20 staff members and three convenient locations, we continue to proudly lead the tri-city community and its members with physical therapy services.
