Practice Overview Boat Club Road Animal Hospital opened its doors in January of 2001. We began as a small, full-service facility with one veterinarian and a staff of two. Because we have continued to gain loyal clients over the years, our successful growth and ability to care for your pet has never been limited. Today we have a spacious, innovative hospital with our own in-house lab, a surgical suite with all the bells and whistles, a therapuetic laser, and a first-class boarding facility. Our doctors, Dr. John Dedwylder and Dr. Lynn Martin, are both dedicated to providing the best in complete, modern veterinary care for your pet as well as staying up to date on the newest technology and techniques to help your pet live a long, healthy life. Whether your checking in at the reception desk, seeing the doctor in the exam room, dropping your pet off for grooming, or bringing your pet to our resort, we strive to do everything we can to care for you and your pet. Realizing the need for quality boarding services in our area, The Resort for Pets at Eagle Mountain Lake began operations in September of 2007. This addition is truly a vacation spot for pets, offering a swimming pool, large outdoor play-yards, doggie daycare as well as other "Pooch Perks". The Resort for Pets is inspired by the relationship you have with your pet. Our promise is to create a relationship with you and your pet in which you will never have to worry while you are away. Just as it was in 2001, our purpose remains to provide quality veterinary care and exceptional client service with an emphasis on individual attention. We currently have two full-time veterinarians and a staff of more than twenty who are dedicated, knowledgeable and waiting to serve you and your companion.
