Dr. Frey is a practicing Board certified surgeon. He recently moved his practice from Manteca, CA to Stockton, CA. Services at the new hospital include orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, general surgery, radiology, arthroscopy, CT imaging, ultrasounds, and 24 hour care.
