Tony plans to grow over 50 different vegetables and fruits, as well as 30 plus herbs and spices. Tony’s organic growing experiences have been quite varied from Cumberland Island, Ga. ,(Greyfield Inn), Big Sur, California,(supplied numerous high quality restaurants In L.A. and San Fran), Santa Cruz, Calif., Susanville, Calif., and several different farms in Southeast Asia (India) in a variety of geographic growing environments.
