In 2000, Tony Tsymbal the founder and owner of Tsymbal Winery, planted a small vineyard on his 3 acre farm. With the harvest that was produced, Tony decided to make his first batch of homemade wine, using the old fashion style, without any sulfites or chemicals. At first, this was his hobby, but he was very encouraged with the medicinal effect of natural wine and he decided to make a business out of it. In late 2008 he got his license and is very encouraged to have other people enjoy it.
