Special Pals is a private, non-profit charity making it a 501 (c ) (3) non-profit organization. Special Pals is a selective limited intake shelter. Our mission at Special Pals is to make the world a better place for healthy cats and dogs by providing temporary shelter, healthcare, an alternative to euthanasia, adoptive homes and education to the community about the responsibilities of pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering. We now offer a low cost shot clinic and a low cost spay and neuter program.
