As 2007 began, Compass Furnished Apartments made some important changes that truly set it apart from its competitors. The founding partners, brothers Chris and Eric Fleming, wanted to incorporate their desire to minimize the company’s environmental footprint by adjusting how the company thought. Many of the resulting changes not only helped to reduce waste, but were economically beneficial. Compass opened their Boston office in 2008 in the heart of the historic North End of Boston, Massachusetts and with operational headquarters in Quincy.
